The colours of Chakras mirror the rainbow colours. An individual possess seven Chakra centers running through the center of the spine, and each of these centers relates to you on different levels of mental, physical emotional and spirituality. The most interesting thing about these Chakra colours are the personalities attached to each – these attributes comprise of both good and bad.
The base (root chakra)- The Red Colour
The base or root chakra is that level that represents physical activity, and Red is the colour that that simply denotes activities. In sports, you are expected to keep fit and you need to take appropriate care of your body and appearance. You need to be driven by passion in order to fulfil the dictates of the root chakra.
The red colour also reveals how passionate you can become, especially about your personal relationships and interests, and this means you can be susceptible to speaking loudly and directly even to the extent of an angry outburst.
When the red colour of your Chakra is dominant, it means you can become more impulsive and dynamic, likewise your nature will be motivated by success. You will likely thrive in a fast-pace and active environment. With the dominance of the root chakra in your life, you will eventually enjoy those challenging and stimulating situations happening round you. As a “go getter”, the adrenalin rush will keep you winning.
When the red chakra is more dominant in your life, it can help you succeed in the sales and marketing field or any field of endeavor that will require you to meet some targets and develop a thick skin against challenges. The downside of the base chakra is that you may seem impatient to your colleagues and associates. The other side of the base Chakra may become inherent outside of your work place, as your family will see someone calmer at home.
Red personalities in Chakra can make you become more passionate in your relationships, hence you wouldn’t be the boring type. This colour can be out of control oftentimes as the individual may witness a regular outburst of emotions, this means you need to exercise some patience with the people around you.
The second chakra (The Sacral) – Colour orange
The personality associated with the second Chakra is creativity and emotions, It also include your appetite and how you feel about things and situations. When the Sacral is more dominant in your life, the following traits will become more prominent;
You will develop an adventurous nature and you will enjoy the thrills and frills of different activities- it is not just enough to exercise, you simply want the activities to be exciting. This colour also shows that you may develop a strong tendency to become more analytical and you may end up becoming more rigid or fixed in your routine. People, whose sacral levels are more prominent will usually find it difficult to spot their own imbalances but can easily notice such traits on others.
One of the characteristic features of the orange character is that they want to remain in authority and they do have the capabilities of doing so. They often become good entrepreneurs and organizers, hence they are usually found in business positions. They may find it difficult to conform to many societal rules, hence they are random rule breakers. Allowing the sacral to take over your life means, you may push boundaries at the right time.
One of the features of this orange colour in relationships is that these people may tend to pursue their personal interests more, they may enjoy relationships but may not feel they necessarily need one. If the sacral level of the chantra is the dominant force of your life, you need to be careful because you may tend to become too independent which may be good for you personally but not too good for the people around you.
The Third Chakra (The Solar Plexus)- The Yellow colour personality
The solar Plexus, which is the third level of the Chantra is dominated by the colour- yellow. This is a bright colour that radiates sunshine, which means the predominant personality is radiant, and this is one personality that many people are attracted to.
It should be noted that people with predominant Solar Plexus do have playful nature, hence they do possess some attractive child-like qualities but that does not mean they are childish. People with predominant Solar Plexus do possess strong sense of humour, and they are intellectuals too. If you find yourself having a powerful Solar Plexus, you may get easily excited by several projects and you may find yourself taking on too many of such projects at once, thus making it more difficult to finish.
Individuals with predominant Solar Plexus are very sensitive, and oftentimes they become psychic or developing lots of gut instincts. Despite the fact that people are attracted to them, they still prefer to have their own space. They may develop too many acquaintances but they wouldn’t have many people they can count on for themselves. They are not afraid of turning their hands on virtually everything they see, even the exercises that appeal to them must be fun too, these often include; cycling and jogging, and they are less likely to be drawn to activities such as Tai Chi.
All Chakra levels and colours do have strong positive and negative aspects, hence their attributes will influence our personalities depending on which colour or level we allow to dominate and influence our actions.
Regardless of the level of chakra that is dominant in our lives, the most important thing is to strike a balance in order to allow the positive aspects of the colours to be more dominant. At any given point or time, the colours we display may be Vibrant, bright, dull, patchy or even a combination of these. This means, it is possible to exhibit a wide range of emotions and traits that will influence the outcome of such actions.
